Good Service...

I'd just like to mention a company that has provided good service to me (the missus) over the past few days.

She wanted to buy a little electric hot plate (as if we don't have enough cooking appliances - shouldn't complain though as she's the no 1 cook in Thailand )

and she got one from another manufacturer. It didn't work to her requirements and she took it back. Having a few probelms in the process from Carrefour (as per usual. They have shockingly bad aftersales service).

She bought a Kando product. Again, she thought that it was a bit underpowered and called the company, they were very pleasant and concerned, on the phone, sent a guy down to collect it for testing. He left a replacement for us to use in the meantime. They called to check that everything was ok, and are currently testing the one we bought.

I can recommend this company and their products (we have some other products of theirs and they are have proven to be excellent.)
