BANGKOK (NNT) - The Prime Minister clarified, during the censure debate this week, that the government has expedited measures to stimulate the economy quickly and strengthen the foundations of the country.

Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha reiterated that the administration is doing its best to come up with solutions to handle both local and global factors affecting the Thai economy. He noted that several nations, including Thailand, are facing problems like low agricultural goods prices, the effects of the sino-U.S. trade war and, recently, the COVID-19 outbreak.

General Prayut pointed out that the government has issued various policies to boost the economy, including initiatives to develop the Eastern Economic Corridor and Thailand 4.0-related programs. Furthermore, he said there are projects to develop the macro economy, increase national competitiveness, implement technology, bolster the industrial sector, lay down infrastructure and provide assistance to low-income earners and SMEs.

We're gunner do this, we're gunner do that, but we're gunner do foxtrot oscar that's useful, or even intelligent.

This guy badly needs to do a Mubarak. Together with 200 or so of his decidedly non-kosher government.

I hope he does not run out of foreign currency to pay for all the new stimulus packages that no doubt will be given out in the next quarter and beyond.

Do war machines stimulate the economy maybe stimulate Generals !

I will make the same observation I have made before.

Sometimes your best is just not good enough!

Give the poor some money to spend in the stores owned by multi billionaires

A wind bag wearing a tie.  Two for me the EEC, one for the poor.  The EEC is a pipe dream and not a hard fast money earner.   Better infrastructure takes years to pay off.   Many IoT or Thai 4.0 technology is illegal in Thailand,.

The man child is all bluff and no moxy, no schmaltz.
