Dont supose anyone could check for me whether they can access this site? I'm having terible trouble getting in from thailand on both my laptop and phone through different internet connections and yet when i phone them they say the website has no issues?

Cant figure it out

Just tried from Thailand, all OK.

Just connected  on the app  on my  phone and tablet  using fingerprint .

also signed in with otp online no problem

What is the exact URL you are trying to visit?

 

I just tried their site and it was very slow to load but it got their in the end.

Run a virus scan and malware scan on you device to make sure you have no problems

This was the url. seems ok today but there was something wrong yesterday even though nationwide said there wasnt. As others have said very very slow to load. Could have been a problem this end i guess. Anyway all sorted Thanks for all the replies
