The Thai Court of Appeal has ruled that a Canadian man must be extradited to the USA to face murder charges in Florida.

Matthew Mc. who has been held at Bangkok Special Prison claimed that the Thai authorities had got the wrong man. He said he was a Ukrainian.

The Rachadapisek court has ruled otherwise and has further ruled that the case is not politically motivated and falls within the parameters allowing his extradition.

The case relates to a shooting in September 2017 in Florida after which the suspect fled. A warrant for the arrest of the suspect was made in Miami in July 2018.

Naew Na said that the smiling suspect dressed in prison garb was taken back to jail ahead of his extradition to the USA.

Which has the death penalty and they do use it.????

And the inmates are a bit bigger and meaner than in Thai prison. Cavity “searches” will be harder to avoid.

Wonder if Truedeau will start whining about the extradition as the accused is Canadian?

No doubt he will. Canada doesn't have the Death Penalty, and would not send any of their citizens to a potential death sentence as a result as we think it is barbaric.

Don't feel bad though, he'd do it even for you if you were Canadian. Unfortunately, you were born in a less civilized country.

I'd go on pay per view to see 50, old, overweight Floidans sit on him to death
