Henryford Posted March 1, 2020 Share Posted March 1, 2020 Was passing on Thappraya Road and noticed a strange development being built between the Wooden Box Restaurant and the Court House. Hard to describe but looks like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory is being contructed. A large area featuring a dozen of so giant icecream "houses". Must be costing someone millions of baht.
