He also asked all related state agencies in Chiang Mai to screen people in their areas if they returned from risk-prone locations. I agree and a interested question is: who are better protected? Dictatorships or democracies? It is clear that an authoritarian country, with populations accustomed to absolute measures, may seem more favorable to defense against epidemics. But a democracy in which information circulates and in which citizens feel supportive, can also be a more vigilant and better organized country, I think this is a good point for Thailand, because this dictatorship have the real power to enforce quarantine... yes or yes.
