It's normal for the ruling party to lose seats in midterms. Trump lost fewer seats than Obama or Clinton did. As for the campaigning.... they sure don't sound like Obamacare is a huge success. They're campaigning on health care needing reform. That by definition means they know Obamacare is a failure. But let's set that aside anyway.

I don't recall what Democrats ran on, but I'll take your word for it. But I'll include the caveat that mostly it was about running against Trump.

As for the Republican party, you'll rarely if ever see me defend those morons. Specifically to health care, I hope thy continue to have nothing. I'm not sure how much more *help* with health care America can take. From what I can see as of now, the moochers score a home run, the rich are unaffected by the changes and the middle class has been left holding the bag of rising premiums and deductibles.

Clinton did not lose seats by the way!

Future POTUS Joe Biden performed brilliantly.

Plus no gaffes.

Bernie clearly sees the writing on the wall and is only staying in the contest to advocate for his issues.

Which is more than OK as the majority of Americans are on board with his issues to a large degree.

Future POTUS Joe Biden can't become current POTUS soon enough!

Huh? Bernie gave Biden and complete and thorough beat down on Biden lying about supporting cuts to Social Security. Biden was completely humiliated. Worse yet, his lying was pointed out after the debate by multiple publications. Here are just a few:

https://news.yahoo.com/joe-biden-falsely-claims-he-never-called-for-social-security-cuts-024212661.html

https://theintercept.com/2020/01/25/joe-biden-social-security/

Biden was so dumbfounded and lost, he even lied about Bernie's accusation that Biden wanted to cut Social Security, saying Bernie said Biden was against Social Security. Bernie never said that. Biden is, as he said to a voter, "full of <deleted>".

https://theweek.com/speedreads/902454/sanders-attacks-biden-social-security-record-tense-debate-confrontation

Now, in Biden's defense, he can't even remember what he did this morning, much less years back. He looked like an old, senile fool trying to shuck and jive as Bernie stuck to the point. What an embarrassment for Team Biden.

"Performed brilliantly"??? Pure nonsense.

The two Democrat frontrunners asleep at the switch  as Republicans are about to take credit for implementing emergency UBI which their Democrat cohorts had been imploring them to get out in front of. Yang policy. Gabbard bill. There will be Republican co-sponsors and not a peep from Biden and Bernie. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
