Hello all 

ok the story is wife actually owns a car under HP (for AH / BIL )

Not know how they give as I only send money (but enough for them to see her bank book & say ok under HP )

AH/BIL not pay for 4 yrs (why so long to find her ) ? Accummalate debt 

Now they come & try take MY car ( Toyota still own HP ) - I know they can't do this as Toyota has first rights 

They also have been to courts to get order to reposes house (fully paid for ) in Wife & sons name 

At the moment they are trying to work out a monthly agreement 

 

Any ideas as I know TIT

if your title refers to Sebastian of Isaan lawyers he is nothing to do with Thai Visa so I suggest you contact him directly or another lawyer - sounds like you need one anyhow..........
