Kao Klai (Move Forward) party leader Pita Limjaroenrat, former Future Forward secretary-general Piyabutr Saengkanokkul and former spokeswoman Pannika Wanich reported to Pathumwan district police today to acknowledge charges in connection with the flash mob held at Pathumwan Skywalk in mid-December, 2019.

The Pathumwan police have filed five charges against the trio, including organizing a public rally without permission, obstruction of access to public transport, causing inconvenience to people who need to use it, use of loudspeakers without permission.

After acknowledging the charges, which all three of them denied, Pita said that this was the first case against him in his capacity as leader of the Kao Klai party, adding that he is not worried about the case, which he described as just a political game.
