But, what extent morally would generally be acceptable to solve this? If they needed to try a risky vaccine, who would it be OK to test? Would it be OK to use death row inmates? How about life sentenced child molesters? Or the worst terrorists at Guantanamo Bay? 9/11 could be an example. In desperation, is there any question certain terrorists were tortured for information for the betterment of the world? Possibly some died during the process. Just wondering if true ultra panic sets in, would possibly sacrificing a few undesirables be OK for the masses? You are reminding me of a chemical that was tested on mice by a company that wanted to bring it to market. The spin doctors stated baby mice were visually impaired.
