went to dan singkhon IM today, office said get a extension form from embassy, then go to IM in Hua hin for 30 day extension.i like next to singkhon and have always done it here.any idea why I will need to go to Hua hin to get it done.thanks

Is it your first 30 day extension or were you wanting a 2nd one?

If the 2nd one I suspect they told you to go to Hua Hin is due to them not having the authority to do it.

no, done 2 already, was supposed to go to ranong but its closed.flight was cancelled yesterday.visa finishes Tuesday

I don't think you have applied for two 30 day extension already. I assume you mean you did a border hop for 1 of the 2 you mentioned.

Have you gotten a extension for your current entry already?

arrived Thailand december 4, after 1 month went to immigration extend to 3 January.3 feb went to ranong,then 3 march went to immigration and visa finishes 30 march

You will need to get another 30 day extension before your permit to stay (not a visa) ends on the March 30th.

You will need the letter from your embassy before you apply for your 2nd extension.

yes I know. just cant understand why immigration here 5 mins from me won't give me extension,and told me go to Hua hin

About rental confirmation documents- this isn't joke- guy before me in the queue had a hand-drawing of the path to his house, and three printed pictures- where he stays, or sits at his house. Looks funny.

And there is a lot of the people in the queue.
