I will only talk about a country I know: France but I think it is the same in a lot of others Admission to most museums is chargeable and sometimes high to very high prices; except for public service teachers for whom it is free. People over 60 or 65 often pay half the price in museums, public transport,etc.. In large companies, in fact those with more than 50 employees, there is a "Works Council" which receives money from the boss and certainly from elsewhere and therefore gives employees of the company preferential rates for the cinema, sports halls, museums, etc. In fact, there are few French people who have to pay the full price when they want to go to the cinema, the museum or a bunch of paid leisure places while the tourists pay 100% the price.

March 29, 20206 yr One can only hope that they remain closed and land rehabilitated back to a "natural" park. I know wishful thinking.
