My one year old daughter was born in Canada.  We have relocated back to Thailand, so (in Canada) obtained a Canadian Passport and got her a Thai Visa |(non-imm-o (live with family).  Since we have been back in Thailand, We have obtained a thai birth certificate and are registering her in my wife's Tambian Baan book.  Next step will be a Thai passport, if she wants to travel back to Canada.

My question is: "what happens to her visa?"  Do I need to renew it (she received a 90 day visa and if I want to extend it for a year, this must be done before April 8th.  I would prefer NOT to extend it, but use her Thai passport in the future to travel in and out of Thailand and her Canadian one for travelling in and out of Canada (or another country). Do I need to inform immigration to cancel (or whatever) her visa?

While she is under 15 years old no overstay fees can be imposed.   So no worries there about overstay or blacklisting.   When the borders open up again, you can stamp her out on Canadian passport and on the next entry use her Thai passport to enter.

She was always a Thai citizen.  Just didn't have all of her paperwork yet.

I think others will have better explanation

She will need to leave the country using her Canadian passport by air and then enter using her Thai passport.

She can get a one year extension for being a Thai national so she can stay until she does the out and back in trip.
