Featured Replies

Urgent - Need a passport photo taken for Passport renew. Anyone know of a photo shop open in Chiang Mai?

Why not at Immigration?

Seriously immigration services down! Hard to believe!

Really my last resort but  I will consider it tomorrow

Go for a walk. The small photocopy shops will be open, most do snaps Internet cafes most likely no.

Ok I will check it out - Thank you

Also look someplace that might have a photo booth.

If you have a color printer you can do it yourself at home here:

I have been printing my own photos for a while now.

I take a selfie using my phone/tablet then crop/resize it to about 4 X 6 cm and print them on photo paper.

All you would need to do is find a store that sells you photo paper that is not shut down (not to mention the cost of the paper most would be not used for a long time for me) .... Thanks I found a photoshop open the same day. Mission accomplished 100 baht 6 photos TIT 15 mins later.....

Is that sufficient for extension of stay at CW in BKK to print your own colour copies and attach to the form?

Keep an eye out for self-serve photobooths. They are in some discreet locations sometimes. I saw one inside the Esplanade Mall, right outside the restrooms on the ground floor.  It was 120baht for 6 photos. You just sit there and push a button and voila!

I am sure they would but take the selfie in front of a white wall, door and etc.

There are 2 of them near Siri-wattana Market (Tha-nin Market)

park at the market and walk to the main road on the way to the Post office.
