snoop1130
Covid-19 checkpoints to be set up in Phitsanulok villages By THE NATION Phitsanulok Governor Pipat Ekkaphan has instructed all district chiefs in the province to set up Covid-19 checkpoints in villages in April to control the virus situation. Phitsanulok, which presently has three confirmed Covid-19 cases, is a tourist destination that has attracted people from Bangkok and other provinces. The checkpoints were expected to be set up from April 1 to 30 and people manning them are required to submit operational reports before noon each day. The checkpoints will run round the clock by local officials and volunteered people and will check those who enter or exit the villages. The province ordered the closure of high-risk places from March 26 to April 30 in a bid to keep Covid-19 from spreading. 4MyEgo
Pointless really. Today I saw at least 5 checkpoints all unmanned, everybody was under the tents as the temps where in the late 30's, reaching 40 at one stage. The horse has truly bolted.
