Not the lowest total by far - but also not near the percentage that many countries have tested.
DrTuner
They removed this information from the reports yesterday, after there was a strange and suspicious large drop in pending tests but no corresponding increase in the confirmations: Makes the entire dataset suspect. This might be the culprit: https://www.thaienquirer.com/10560/thailand-confirms-103-new-coronavirus-cases-total-number-of-infected-stands-at-1978/ Quote “The number of recovered seems low because are adjusting our reporting system,” said government spokesman Dr. Taweesin Visanuyothin. “Look for that number to increase.” Adjusting alright. By removing information. Ah that makes sense. People were stuck so long in the testing queue that they can now be counted as "recovered". Or dead, but not confirmed. Classic Thainess 101, wait until the problem disappears. Edited April 3, 2020 by DrTuner
