Yaxley-Lennon has not saved anyone. He jumped on a bandwagon years after actual journalists had exposed it - years. He doesn't care about the victims, he exploits them, he is only in it for financial gain.

And he gives his name as Stephen Yaxley-Lennon when he appears in court, so that is his name. Everyone knows that's his name. It is not doxxing, that is so unbelievably ridiculous a thing to say. Me calling him by the name he gives in court and is widely known is his actual name is putting him in danger?? Get over yourself man.
