Anybody tried this? After 6 months cultivation of 20 bushes, harvesting, cleaning and baking the nuts, I find that they taste

I am going to put them through the blender this morning but still suspect that the taste will not improve when added to food. 

 

Mrs Djayz grew them for a few years here in Korat. I didn't mind eating them (well baked), but I wouldn't be nuts about them (pun intended). IF I understood her correctly, some of the villagers bought the nut shells which they used to make tea with...

Apparently the nuts are worth a few bob.

Yes my wife makes tea also, don't know what it's supposed to be good for.

Been growing on pergola for years no one interested so assume not that tasty, not tried them
