Will Bangkok Bank Ubon Ratchathani Branch also supply me with a letter listing my international transfers?

Doe’s the letter from my bank showing that I own the account need to be dated the same day as my visit to Immigration?

You will have to wait about a week to the 12 month bank statement.

Ubon does not require the letter showing all of your transfers. Bank told me no when I asked for it last July and immigration did not ask for it when I applied in August. Letter from the bank confirming my account done the day before was accepted.
