Multi Entry B 90 days

Recommended Posts

I’m on a Multi Entry B and usually leave the country every 2-3 weeks to go work in another country. So get 90 days every time I get back.

no work permit as I don’t work here

My last entry stamp expires June 7th and visa is valid until December.

i would prefer not to go back to UK as COVID seems out of control there

what are my options? I would normally do a visa run, but that seems unavailable

Things may certainly be different then. Keep checking this forum for updates.

At this time with a letter from your embassy you could get a special 30 day extension.

Hi There,

I am in similar situation as the OP

I usually go for a Multi O based on marriage in Laos as a 1 year and 3 months annual holiday but that is porked now with the border closings.

I have read a lot about the 60 day extension regarding marriage.

I am on my last 90 day hit ending in the late first week of MAY

I am aware you have to take your wife into immigration as well.

Firstly how much is the extension for 60 days based on marriage?

Secondly what are the required documents necessary for the extension

As a recap some listing some docs but not other docs.

Are they asking for any Travel/Corona insurance?

I am use to the multi o visa application docs.

Are there any strange docs that I don't or may not know about.

If Laos is better near 2 month extension ending then would go to Laos as usual if not usual then apply for a 1 year extension based on marriage via monthly income.

Just wanting a price and current docs required

Will be going to CM immigration with wife wearing plastic gloves, a mask and face protector.

Same 1900 baht fee as all extensions.

Your wife needs to be with you when you apply.

Your marriage certificate and a copy of it, copies of you wife's house book registry and ID card. Some offices also want a Kor Ror 2 marriage registry.

Copies of your passport photo page, visa, entry stamp and TM6 departure card.

A completed TM7 form with a 4 X 6 cm photo attached.

Thanks Ubon Joe muchly appreciated as always

The Kor 2 doc is an interesting one never required in Laos

We registered in Chiang Mai

Wonder if that registry building would be open now in these times.

Thanks again.

Most Amphoe offices are open but some are only doing urgent servies.

It can be requested at any Amphoe. Have your wife ask about getting a printout of it. She will only need her ID card to request it and 20 baht for the fee.
