Well as the OP of the thread here is a update ,spoke to Dale this morning 

 

You see one of the things many of you are not considering when you say he should go out to meet people ( one of the posts) go to bars etc instead of being holed up in his Pattaya Studio is that........Dale is a introvert....sure he goes thru times of wanting to party go to bars etc but most times he wasnt a people person and would often not talk much or in farangland he would often socialise with other introverts

 

so i guess being a introvert,and not talking much or being happy with your own company doesn’t suit retiring to Pattaya

That is my gripe.

I don't care how much money you spend, you are still a guest.

I don't treat Thai people like anything.

I ignore them same as I ignore everyone else (excluding simple commerce).

 

I never understand educated people who insist on mixing with the riff-raff.
