I've heard now from two of my Thai friends, one who is a diver and is close to many dive instructors on Koh Lanta, and a woman who runs a restaurant on the island that all foreigners on the island were rounded up and put into a camp. That includes foreigners who are not tourists and haven't been out of the country for some time and live there on Koh Lanta. 

Has anyone else heard anything about this?
