Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha today visited a group of Thais who have recently returned from the United States, including several exchange program students, at a designated state quarantine facility based in an adapted Bangkok hotel.

The Prime Minister thanked the hotel management for their cooperation in converting the hotel and asked whether they need anything from the Government.

He also asked whether there will be any problem for the management when the facility is to be converted to its previous state, once the COVID-19 situation has improved.

Its isolation for people that may or may not have the virus, quarantine just in case they have it.

Yes the guy should be wearing a mask but its not exactly a high risk in the scheme of things.
