Extension Of Stay Based On Retirement

Featured Replies

My friend are going to apply for an extension of stay based on retirement here in Chaiyaphum. He was asking me what he shall do with the fact that he is; renting an apartment from a thai-family.... Is it enough if he can show the Immigration the rental-agreement, or do he also have to show the tabien baan, plus thai ID of the family who rent out to him????

Thanks for your help

glegolo

Immigration will normally want a signed copy of the owners house book and ID card along with the rental agreement.

Then you better stay in Samui, because that won't work on the mainland.

That was me.

I did not mention me since it was not needed. It could of been an action taken by a moderator.
