BigJ
I have a single entry non-immigrant b visa which was to expire on April 9th. On March 25th, with my US embassy letter, I went to Chaeng Wattana immigration and received the "under consideration" stamp that ends on April 22. Do I need to go back to Chaeng Wattana on April 22 to "extend" ? I kindly request you begin your answer with "yes" or "no" and then your reasoning as I am not smart enough for nuance and reading comprehension of documents. Thank you! ubonjoe
Yes Immigration has said you need to get a new permit to stay date by going back on or before the report back date on the under consideration stamp.
