Travel from Chiang Mai to Hua Hin by road

We have been stuck in Chiang Mai for the last few weeks due to the lockdown. We are keen to drive back to our home in Hua Hin. 

Is this journey possible at the current time or are we going to get stopped at check points and potentially have to go into isolation?
