I was not aware of the rule that have to be present for two months when do an yearly extension.

 

Therefore, on the date of application, i only have 400,000B for a month and a half.

Due to a complete mistake, the transfer to the Thai bank was delayed.

 

The family-based 60-day application was already expended on March 15.

 

Is there an option that I can use in this case?

How long would it be in the bank if you applied on the last day of your 60 day extension?

You may be able to the extension with the 400k baht being in the bank for less than 2 months. They may be more flexible due to the current emergency situation.

They could do it under this provision in the police order for extensions.

"5. In the case where an alien applicant does not meet the full qualifications stipulated by the criteria herein or in other cases not specified in this Order but a competent officer equivalent to or higher than inspector is of the opinion that the alien has legitimate reason for staying in the Kingdom of Thailand, the application shall be forwarded to the Commander of the Royal Thai Police or an authorized competent officer for further consideration of the alien's application."

The completion date for the 400,000B transfer is March 21.
The last day of the 60-day extension will be May 15, so it will be 55 days.

Wait until a few days before the 60 days end and apply for the extension. If not accepted they may tell you to overstay until you can apply on the May 21st when it will be in the bank for 2 months.
