My Options for NON-O thats going to run out next early June

Featured Replies

I have a 1 yr Non-O issue in Laos.

I have an exit stamp for 4 June with visa running out 10th June, so I will be able to get one more 90 days out of it.

My question is that will the immigration extend it for another 90 days if the borders do not open before June?

I hear they are waiving visas for 30 days and another 30 days but if they waiver my 30 days then i will lose out as the visa will have run out and i will need to get another visa, so basically ill lose 60 days.

You will not be able to get another 90 days from your visa unless you are able to leave and re-enter the country before it expires.

You can now stay in the country until July 31st since the order issued on April 7 has been extended to then. No need to anything at immigration.

Hi Ubon Joe

Just clarifying my situation for this

I am on a multi o visa was due to depart for Laos on 08 05 of 2020

On last 90 day stamp.

Would usually depart a day earlier

But now sit on bum in the house as my wife says up until 31st of July.

Then go to imm and get a 60 day extension based on marriage

I have not had a 60 day extension as yet.

That is all you need to do. Just wait and apply for the 60 day extension to visit your wife.

Great bumber no trip to Laos

Thanks for that

Ubon Joe
