Popular Post Pilotman Posted April 27, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 27, 2020 yes, use them each year, 4th year this June. They are excellent. Good prices, good customer service and trustworthy. I also have road side assistance with them, I have never had a claim, so I will leave others to comment on that area of their service 3 1

HashBrownHarry Posted April 30, 2020 Posted April 30, 2020 (edited) Accident 18th March, rep to house to complete paperwork on 19th. Now, 42 days later still not repaired, i'm told this saturday coming. No updates with progress / no urgency to get repairs done. As mentioned above, all shiny and bright while going through the quote and payment process tho. Would any other insurance companies be any better, i don't know?? - also note there was not other party involved in accident so no disputes to sort out, i reversed into a tree - oops! The tree just appeared, i'm sure it was n't there before i reversed, honest guv. I'm not blaming them at all, merely stating facts from their performance. The garages are still working as normal and with the current lockdowns ( less traffic / less accidents ) in reality the process should be quicker.... 1

Your issue is more down to the dealer that is fixing your vehicle. There will be a backlog unfortunately, due to the number of accidents here. Maybe they only have one repair guy in your area. Did you pick the repairer, or did they?

Same with me, but grey power pole. The pole was situated in a car park with loose grey gravel. Looking in the mirror, all I seen was all clear grey and the way was clear. Not! Felt silly as other customers were looking for another vehicle. Took about 1!/2 month to get it fixed, due to queue. ????

Yes, i thought as much with regards to high amount of accidents here, there were many cars at the repair garage. They picked the repairer.
