I would suggest asking at a Vietnamese restaurant (or two) about where they get their stuff from. Could be a couple of Mom/Pop little shop house grocery stores around that stock Vietnamese goods (just like the couple of shops that stock mainly stuff from the UK). 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The Vietnamese restaurant / takeout stall is run by mostly Thai who are 2nd or 3rd generation Vietnamese, they just go to the normal Makro or Market to shop, it's the same vegetables her as in Vietnam, spice are spice everywhere rice papers are widely available Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
