Its been a few days now that i cant log in my Godaddy.com account from Thailand. Anyone experiece it. ? My friend who is located in China is able to login the site .

Im using True Internet . Its really annoying now when trying to login and here's what it says

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at idp.godaddy.com.

* Check the address for typing errors such as

ww.example.com instead of

www.example.com

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. <<< Im not using any firewall.

Can it resolve the main Godaddy site? There's several different gateways.

Got to Start/Run and type command

type tracert idp.godaddy.com and paste the results here.

Have just tried to log on to my godaddy account and had no problem. Responses from idp.goodaddy.com normal for me.

There have been some strange problems with True connectivity recently, with suggestions that some of the routing configuration has been 'amended'. Suggest the OP contacts True with this problem as an error, after all Godaddy is hardly a 'bad' site in ITC terms.

guys believe it or not i followed the OpenDNs instruction and its working very well now.. i can now log in my account .
