Maigo6 Posted April 18, 2007 Share Posted April 18, 2007 Happened to me on a packed train in Tokyo, a bunch of Japanese schoolgirls were in front of me, what I thought was a bag rubbing up against me was a hand. Seems it was a bit of a game at the time, to feel up men as women on the Trains were liable to a grope from the men, now they have women only cars on the Subway in Tokyo. For farangs groping him: men = I very much doubt that this has happened, but if it did then = "gay, drunken farang" women = I seriously doubt he's ever been groped by farang women on the street Very silly topic. And also, if by "Silom Road" he means "Patpong," then surely the mystery is solved. And if by "Phuket" he means "Patong," yet another riddle solved. Of course that was only in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket Koh Samui, Chang Mai, Mae Sot oh yeah and Koh Sumet and also Satahip and Ayuttaya too. Oh I forgot Chang Rai and Hua Hin. These giggling Thai women are bargirls trying to lure you in as a customer. You must be hanging out in some pretty dodgy areas to be getting felt up by other farang men. I also related a few of my own personal experiences. I didn't want to make the topic about me but most of you ignored the orginal direction and intent and focused on me. I didn't want to make the topic about me because on message boards people use the smallest bit of personal information to attack, defame or insult the person they have this information about. Today I am in the mood that I don't care... Now... For the flamers on here... This bit of information will get your fingers-a-tapping on your keyboard.... While in Bangkok walking around the dark streets away from the entertainment areas... I am not sure where I was, I was lost and didn't care because I just wanted to explore. A Thai guy called to me from across the street. I stopped and he asked me if I model. I laughed and said no. He asked if I wanted to model and I again said no. He told me that I would be paid and I only smiled and prepared to walk away. He told me that he was looking for a non-Thai to be in a movie and went on to tell me it would be me with one black and one Asian woman. I thanked him and again said no and walked away. This happened on the same night I was groped. The groper also made an outrageous offer to me after they made themselves known. Even here in the USA, when I was out on the town in Philadelphia, I have been scouted to be in a porn movie. I am often mistaken for a stripper or an exotic dancer. I spend almost 4 hours a day in the gym 4 days a week. I have lived my life with a go with the flow attitude and project nothing but a friendly/jovial attitude. I get attention from guys and girls.. I have my whole life but so what? I go to the gym to build my body because I want to look good, be healthy and I also enjoy the perks it gives me. You can't believe it? Thank you I love it when a day in my life is unbelievable to others. Some of my friends did not believe my tales of Thailand until they came with me. Only then did they see that my stories were true.. Like when we were in Pattaya walking down Walking Street and a Farang guy quickly stood next to me and his girlfriend took our photo. After I realized what they were doing I offered them the chance to take a proper picture. They thanked me and we posed and she took a few pics. I have had a charmed life when it comes to getting attention... Even in my teens when I was simply tall and skinny. While waiting at a traffic light in my car, women would get out of their car and pass me their phone number and getting back into their car before the light changed green. In a department store, a little boy once asked me if I was single. I was puzzled as to why a little boy would ask me such a question. I told him I was single and he then told me that his mother sent him over because she wanted to talk to me..... Life is funny... We all want to look good and some of us work hard to put our best foot forward... That does not mean that insults bounce off... It does not mean that they should suffer harassment simply because they "LOOK" a certain way. Yes... I enjoy being looked at and thought of as being attractive but that does not give anyone the right to treat me as if I am a nobody to be touched, bullied, groped, propositioned and insulted simply because I look a certain way... And I won't apologize for the enjoyment life brings me... You can have it too... The down payment is 3 to 4 hours a day in the gym and an easygoing attitude... Ok... I said no.. This is not the first time I was made such an offer. I hope it is not the last... I am getting older (I am in my early 40's now but I admit to 37) and I will miss the attention when it is gone... I will miss the fun attention, not the bad attention..... I suppose the behavior you described could happen. The Thais are a very colorful people and can seem uninhibited at times. Just to go the gym and work for it. It is the same for anything... Want to be smart? Go to school and work for it. Want to be rich? Then do what it takes to build your wealth... Work for it... Want to be a great writer? Learn the skills... (Work for it). We all can be what we want and have the life we desire most... it simply requires work, time and the right choices and sometimes a little luck... But the key is putting in the real effort. I added also lightly related my own experience with rude people and the topic became what was unbelievable as related to me and my experiences.... So I figured if that little peek into my life made their lips tight then I figured I would share a lot more of my life and see if they can stand it... But for all that I have written, I would gladly change places with many of you to have what you have. I am not my own biggest fan. I am simply sharing with you guys some of the most memorable moments in my life... I can't un-live them.. I can only remember them and share them. OP, are you familiar with Greek mythology?
