The case of a famous former TV presenter called Sithinee or "Ing Ing" who reported that her credit card details had been used to buy online game items has finally been resolved.

Ing Ing went to the police in August 2018 to say that in May of that year her credit card had been used 20 times to purchase items for the Toreba game.

Investigations by the crime suppression division led to the door of Kanaphat, 40, in Nong Bon, Borai district of Trat in eastern Thailand.

She is an employee of an airline call center and got the credit card information after the presenter booked a flight.

The airline was not named.

Kanaphat has been charged with theft by electronic means using illegally obtained data.
