Twigtom
Does anyone in the Nakhon Ratchasima area know of recycling centres or collection of bottles and drinking water plastics please? During the extended lockdown the village I stay in is inundated with this waste. Locals not seem bothered so I suppose it will all “go up in smoke” an glassware dumped as usual. IsaanAussie
There will be at least one recycling pickup that comes to your village. A privateer who buys all sorts of scrap. Ask around the village, someone will be able to share a telephone number. We have 3 such trucks that drop by from time to time.

I wonder if they'd play well as a localized remake on Thai TV. Edited May 30, 2020 by RichCor

Pretty much. She's saved a few choice items for me over the years - knives, old brass charcoal irons and the like. Like this knife: 40 years ago in Loei, I would visit the scrapyards to find useful items. I found a few good things for a farmer/blacksmith I worked with.
