Oldfield
My girlfriend is off to the Spanish embassy in Bangkok tomorrow (19th April) to pick up her Schengen visa. However, they told her she has to go for an interview first. Does anybody know if this is just a formality or not? Also, can anyone help with any advice for the interview. (what to say, not to say etc. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
the scouser
I have no experience of interviews at any Spanish embassy, but, if it is a formal interview, they are likely to ask questions which establish the depth of your relationship and your girlfriend's reason to return to Thailand at the end of the trip. She should have a sound knowledge of you and your relationship and generally rely upon the supporting evidence submitted with the application. Alternatively, it may just be a quick chat just to touch base. Scouse.
BIGJIMMY
Good luck to Mrs Oldfield, not sure about the interview, the Mrs didn't say anything about one when she collected her passport, probably just what Scouser says. Let us know. Jimmy
Oldfield
I'm thinking that if we were married, it wouldn't be so difficult.
