Does anybody knows for sure if quarantine is required in Phangan for arrivals from Phuket (via Surat Thani)?

 

My friend will go there this week, she called 3 hotels and got 3 different answers, Yes, No, Maybe...

 

I know there's no quarantine in Samui (just QR code), but not sure for Phangan (for arrivals from Phuket)?
