In order not to open food topics every now and then, I decided to make a general topic for all forum user for questions about Thai food.

For starters, I have two questions.

 

1. What is the best Thai brand that produces sriracha?
I use Pantai Norasingh. Is it well positioned on the manufacturer’s scale?

 

2. What is the most popular Thai fruit?
I think they are: mango, pineapple, watermelon, apple (often used in street market), guava and coconut.

I think you forgot Durian for question number 2. All Thais in my wife's social circle love and eat it like I eat Swiss chocolate. They would eat even more if not for the high price.
