stubuzz Posted June 11, 2020 Share Posted June 11, 2020 Does anybody know if the bank requires to see evidence of the mortgage deposit at the time of application or will they take your word for it. Easy enough to print out. Just run it past your Thai bank ask what's required. BTW may I ask roughly what interest rates banks are charging right now. Good luck with the purchase. I can give my UK bank statement, but It is slightly more complicated. I am not in Thailand. The mortgage will be in the wife's name. Most of the deposit is in my account in the UK.
