Hi,

Im trying to get a non-imm b visa. However, its difficult to get one if u dont have a job offer in thailand. i work thru the net and want to set myself up officially as its a total pain to live illegally in los these days it seems.

Anyway, i just want to know if it would be unwise to give them my details thru applying and then getting refused- if i subsequently go to work on a tourist visa. am i being paranoid are may i be notified to the authorities or on a list or some such at the airport in los??

thanks guys

Your best bet is to come on a Tourist visa.

Then set up your own company in LOS as a consultant (this has been discussed in other threads)

Once the company is in place you can use it to justify your Non Imm B.

I expect Sunbelt will be able to help you with all the setup.
