Hello all. I am now just coming up to my 7th Year on Visa (marriage)

Every year I have stuck to the same application stuff. Works magic in CM. I understand the Grandfather clause which means its best for me to keep to the same application with no changes in circumstances.

My Question is, Does that apply to the Cash in the Bank issue?? For a few years it was 200,000 Baht.

Then later 400,000. Did the Gradfather clause cover that issue. Just trying not to bring too much cash here just now with The Baht so strong

Again as ever I value your replies and thights

Most of us don't wear thights but !!

I really dont think the grandfather clause covers anything the same, after all my renewal last week, they wanted some different stuff to what they wanted the year before.

I would say that they would want the 400k in regardless of any other exceptions, but could be wrong.

The grandfather clause means that you will be able to apply for the extension under the same rules as you did before.
