Looking for a source of Cytomel or similar, I know it's not been available in the past but was wondering if that had changed?

 

Any leads on where to buy greatly appreciated. Based in Pattaya but can travel once located.

It is possible (but far from sure) that some of the larger private hospitals may have imported it. But if so they will prescribe only in the rare case of someone who dose not adequately convert T3 to T4. Contrary to what some internet sites claim, the overwhelming majority of hypothyroid people will normalize bith T3 and T4 with only T4 replacement.

 

OTC you can get only levothyroxine or thyroid extract, the latter has T3 as well as T4 but not in the ratio normal for humans.
