Pattaya: Coppers haven't caught the copper wire thieves - security firm turns to the media

The manager of a security firm in the Pattaya area turned to the media after a spate of thefts of copper wire.

Rangsan of Siam Pattaya Guard said several places in his area of responsibility had been hit by a gang.

In one a transformer was wrecked but they only took the copper wire. The same happened elsewhere.

Bang Lamung police had been told but no arrest had yet been made.

CCTV showed the thieves were operating on 19th June.

I smell Rooster at work here, being a translation. A frustrated Sun headline writer.

Wire we're on the subject, will the coppers flex their muscle and solder on to reel in the thieves?

Obviously the thieves didn't get the 5,000 baht covid19 compensation...

Where there's copper there's brass... especially if no coppers are around.

That;s the best I can do...

Any "travelers" with their caravans parked up in town???? (UK humour)

Travellers complained that not enough programmes on tv to express their culture so RTE have started to show crimewatch five nights a week

It's a copper bottomed certainty the coppers were to slow stop the cooper thieves then????

We have bar stewards stealing the copper piping from

unoccupied houses n holiday homes in NSW Australia now.

Pattaya Plod will only work if shamed into it OR there's a cash incentive.

The Thai stealth police are deep undercover on this case...

If he was a real transformer like Optimus Prime he would have beat the pony & trap out of them .. this one must've been a cheap imitation ..
