correct, how can the expectation be that the much smaller Thai population can buy as many imports as a much larger USA population, its an insane method of calculation that he has adopted, compare population size, average wage etc - many Thais on $10 a day how much would Trump like them to spend on American imports from that? If they spent all of it on imported US goods the trade would still not be in balance -

Only about 250 people died on Phuket during the tsunami. And probably all on street level. People should be a lot wiser now, and not get caught off guard. Even that was a once in a century occurrence. More than enough high ground near most of the western beaches to seek refuge. -

Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) system is online (but not announced as starting yet)
Seems also “simple” and “clear” that PR isn’t mentioned on the priority or Thai national lanes, yet PR holders can use those lanes. Likewise, the term “Country of Residence”also seems “simple” and “clear”, yet I can’t select Thailand. If what they write really was so “simple” and “clear”, a PR holder would have to fill it in because he’s not a Thai national, but he can’t fill it in because his country of residence is Thailand. I guess I’ll just go to the lanes for Thai nationals without this form and see what happens. -
