Renew driving licence with amensty visa or after extension?

hello guys,

still with the amnesty non-o visa till the 31st July,

driving licenses are expired and need to be renewed.

the question:

is the land and transport office near JJ market wokring now?

can do the renewal with current amnesty visa? 

anyone done this? or shall wait to apply the visa extension first?
