libya 115 Posted April 22, 2007 Share Posted April 22, 2007 SOURCE: Pattaya People: April 22nd 2007 Two Charges for the Price of One A Mr. Aram, aged 27, from Iraq walked into Dongtan Sub-station at 8.00 pm on 20th April to inform that a lady boy borrowed his mobile phone in an Internet Shop in Jomtien Soi 2, and walked off with it. He gave a very useful photograph of the lady boy to the police, which made it easy for his capture. At about 1.20 am on 21st April, the police and volunteers spotted this lady boy in an Internet Shop near Tuk Com Building, South Pattaya Road. When searched, the police found a pawn-ticket for the Iraq man’s phone. The police took him to Dongtan Sub-station and contacted the Iraqi. Banthawan, aged 23, confessed taking the phone. Mr. Aram explained to the police that he had the photograph of this lady boy because the week before, his friend came to visit Pattaya and met this same lady boy who had stolen his friend’s Olympus Camera, therefore he pressed a double charge on the katoey as evidence of pawning the Olympus Camera was also found on the suspect.
