Is it actual Law that there is a 2nd visa amnesty extension till sept 26th?

I read in the Thaiger last night that the visa amnesty is extended until sept 26th. But cannot find it in any other mainstream Thai papers.

Does anyone know for sure, Or is it the usual speculation again.

It is official since it was approved by the cabinet yesterday.  There should be a announcement by immigration tomorrow after it is posted in the royal gazette.
