Hi,

I do have a Non B ME visa but currently under the visa amnesty since my 90 days ran out in June.

My Visa will expire by 29th of September and I wonder what possibilities I might have in case the borders will not reopen before the amnesty ends?

I would be able to get a WP as well but so far I preferred to avoid that path, but if this is my only feasible possibility will it be possible to get a visa extension since I am already on visa amnesty?

Would appreciate some valuable inputs from you guys and I guess I am not the only one in this situation.

Many thanks

If you were able to get a work permit you could apply for a one year extension of stay based upon working if your local office will accept your application while on the "automatic extension" under the amnesty.

It also has a lot of required documents that are needed to apply from your employer or company.

A general list is here by clicking number one. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?p=14714

You could get a special 30 day extension with a letter from your embassy.
