PHUKET:-- Lifeguards at Nai Harn Beach are urging people to beware any snakes seen in the water and on the beach after two large serpents were caught on the sand and near the local lake today (July 30)

Bang Tao beach fence under investigation

PHUKET:-- Cherng Talay officials are to investigate a 300-metre-long fence made from sheets of galvanized tin that was erected along Bang Tao Beach, and which workers today (July 30) were dismantling.

Thai unit of Japan's LINE Corp raises $110 million, merges with domestic partner

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thai food delivery platform LINE MAN, a unit of Japanese chat app LINE Corp, said on Thursday it raised $110 million from BRV Capital Management and merged with a local restaurant aggregator, as competition heats up among such services.
