webfact
PM orders help to be sent to flood-hit areas in Thailand’s Loei province Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has ordered relief and rescue units to the northeastern province of Loei, to help flood victims and evacuate those in hard-hit areas, as tropical storm Sinlakul, which made landfall in Vietnam this morning, lashes many parts of Thailand with heavy rain. Flash floods have swept through several villages in Muang and Pak Chom districts since Saturday night, inundating roads and low-lying areas. Strong flash flooding tore down several utility poles, cutting power and phone lines to Ban Soob village. Popular Post colinneil
Quite hilarious isnt it, Prayut orders help to be sent. So if he does not give orders for help, are the relief and rescue people just sitting around doing nothing? 2

It was around 16:30, which, I suppose, is better late than never.
