UK Government guidance, returning to the UK.

The UK Government have updated the guidance regarding some of the actions you may need to take if you are a UK national living abroad and you are returning to the UK permanently, I've posted the information in the thread regarding Brexit and the Transition period, but I think it warrants its own thread. Much of it isn't new but it does contain some helpful information.
